SMITH FORK RANCH DUDE RANCH VACATION

SMITH FORK RANCH ACCOMMODATIONS
GUEST LODGE at Smith Fork Ranch
The guest lodge (restored original log ranch house) has modern amenities such as slate-tiled bathrooms
and is furnished with antiques, western art and comfortable feather beds. It offers four bedrooms
upstairs with private baths and a bedroom suite downstairs with bath. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Guests have exclusive use of the sun porch, living room with fireplace and sitting room with fireplace.
Can accommodate up to 12 adults and children. Rooms may be booked individually or the entire lodge
for a family or group.
LODGE ROOMS
Mendicant Ridge: East views of the West Elk Range of the Colorado Rocky Mountains and Mendicant Ridge. South view of Saddle Mountain. King-size bed or twin beds. Private bath with shower. Occ: 2 pers.
Saddle Mountain: West view of the area signature Needle Rock. South view of Saddle Mountain. Queen- size bed. Private bath with bathtub and shower. Occ: 2 pers.
Needle Rock: North view of Sleeping Indian Mountain. West view of Needle Rock. King-size bed or twin beds. Private bath with shower. Occ: 2 pers.
Sleeping Indian: East view of Mendicant Ridge & West Elk Mountains. North view of Sleeping Indian Mountain. Queen size bed. Private bath with bath tub & shower. Occ: 2 pers. (Can accommodate a child’s crib)
West Elk Suite: South view of Saddle Mountain. East view of front lawn of ranch. King-size bed. Comfortable sitting area. Private bath with shower. Occ: 2 pers. Can accommodate third adult or child on sofa/day bed.
LOG CABINS
Ranch cabins are furnished with antiques, western decor such as antler chandeliers, and comfortable feather beds. Ceiling fans in bedrooms.
Oak: Views of Saddle Mountain, Sleeping Indian Mountain, the Smith Fork River ponds and Mendicant Ridge. Deck faces east up valley to the West Elk Mountains. Sitting room with gas log stove. Two bedrooms: one with queen-size bed; the other with two twins or king-size bed. Private bath with shower. Small loft for luggage. Cabin and bathroom handicap accessible. Occ: 4 pers. Can accommodate additional child on lodgepole pine day bed in sitting room.
Aspen: Views of Saddle Mountain from deck and Sleeping Indian Mountain from the front porch. Front sitting room with gas log stove. One bedroom with king-size bed or two twin beds; small bedroom with log bunk beds and twin bed. Private bath with shower. Occ. 4 pers. Can accommodate extra child or nanny.
Spruce: Front porch faces Sleeping Indian Mountain and the deck, and Saddle Mountain. Sitting room has gas log stove. Small loft for luggage. One bedroom with queen-size bed. Private bath with shower. Occ. 2 pers. Sitting room can accommodate extra child or adult.
River Cabin: Faces Smith Fork River, the river ponds, and Saddle Mountain. Wrap-around deck overlooks the river. Three large bedrooms. Three private baths with showers; (one has a bathtub). Living room with river rock fireplace. Mudroom. Screened porch with built-in day bed. Hot tub on deck. Occ: 6 pers. minimum. Can accommodate up to 10 adults and children. Can be three master bedrooms if 3 couples.

RESERVATIONS:
Deposit: 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation. For reservations placed less than 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of the cost of the stay is required.
Balance of reservation: due 60 days prior to arrival.
Payment: Personal checks, Travelers Checks, Visa, MasterCard & American Express. Sales tax and 15% service charge will be added to your bill.

Groups of 10 or more: Deposit of 50% is required to confirm deposit; balance of reservation is due 90 days prior to arrival. Sales tax and a service charge of 18% is added to the final bill.

Area airports and train stations: Aspen, Eagle/Vail, Gunnison, Telluride, Montrose, and Grand Junction airports, and Amtrak Station at Glenwood Springs. Montrose is the closest (1-1/4hrs), Grand Junction (1-3/4hrs). Denver is a beautiful 5-hour drive from the ranch. Rental cars, highly recommended, are available at all airports and train stations. Airport pick-up or drop-off service available on request: $75/person, $300 minimum each way from Montrose or Grand Junction airports.
Cancellation Policy: Due to our intimate size and remote location, cancellations can affect us significantly. Consequently we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation, we will gladly return your funds, less 10% of the total cost of the reservation, if a cancellation is made in writing 90 or more days prior to arrival. No refund is available for cancellation within 90 days of arrival. No credit will be allowed for absences during the reserved stay or early departure.
Please note: There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, whether it be for reasons of sickness, family emergency, travel, or weather difficulties. Therefore WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE.
